We are excited to inform you that Imperial Group Limited has sold its tourism division, which includes Springbok Atlas Charter to Cullinan Holdings Limited. The sale to Cullinan Holdings is still subject to the approval of the competition commission of South Africa.
Cullinan Holdings, a listed South African entity, is one of the country’s leading diversified tourism and leisure groups and all travel brands within the group are managed and operated independently of each other. As such Springbok Atlas Charter will continue to operate as a strong independent travel brand, with our existing management team and staff.
As part of Cullinan Holdings we will continue to provide the best quality experiences and the highest service standards that you have always experienced when working with us.
Whilst our business is changing hands, Imperial Holdings Ltd has shown great and continued confidence in both its tourism brands and those of the Cullinan Group by receiving its sale consideration in the form of Cullinan shares thereby becoming an approximately 10% shareholder.
We thank you for your support as we share this exciting news, which will continue to enhance the great African travel services and experiences that we provide.
Sincerely
Keith Ryneveldt
Acting CEO
